Legislation - Unit Titles Act 1972 - An Act to facilitate the subdivision of land into units that are to be owned by individual proprietors, and common property that is to be owned by all the unit proprietors as tenants in common, and to provide for the use and management of the units and common property.

Legislation - Unit Titles Act 2010 - On the 19th of April the new 2010 Unit Titles Act was assented. The new Act will not come into force until advised by the Govener General. Currently the regulations to the new Act have been drafted and submissions are being called for by the 10th of June 2010.
